Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us at info@ranchlyfecollective.net within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
If we approve a return, we will provide instructions for where to send the item. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@ranchlyfecollective.net with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
